How long will my order take to be shipped? TOP
Orders are taking 10-15 business days to ship. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate, and may ship out sooner. Every item made is hand made by me. I want to make sure you are getting the best quality product possible so I do take my time to ensure your bow is perfect.
If you need your order before the estimated shipping times there will be a $10.00-$15.00 rush fee.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Currently I accept Paypal or money orders. If you would like to send a money order please send me a message for the address. NEVER send cash!
Will my bow look exactly as ordered? TOP
Computer screen resolutions may vary, and cause colors to appear darker or lighter in person. I strive to make every bow to look at pictures, but keep in mind that these are handmade and sometimes may need to be altered slightly to improve the appearance.

Do you make custom orders? TOP
Absolutely! I LOVE to make a perfect bow to match your princesses outfit! Just send me a message and we will work together to create it.
Do you accept returns? TOP
Unfortunately, due to the items being handmade to order they are not returnable. If you have a problem with your order contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will work with you to fix the problem.
